Who are we?

Our roots run deep in Patagonia and our passion is sharing this remarkable place. With homes in both the Canadian Rockies and Patagonia, we have a unique ability to bridge cultures and understand our guests’ perspectives and interests.

We have extensive knowledge of Argentina and Chile in general and Patagonia in particular. We work with partners who we consider close friends; lodge owners, hiking and fly-fishing guides and winemakers make up our extended family. Join us for an exploration of the wildest corner on Earth.

Why travel with us?

  1. We are Patagonian locals who live and work here. We know the North American market very well, but unlike many companies selling trips to Patagonia, this is our hometown, our backyard, and we will be here in person the entire time you and your family are here.
  2. We customize trips for our clients and can offer a great amount of flexibility that many others can’t, even during the trip itself. Heard about something last night that you just have to check out? No problem. Weather not good for kayaking?
How about sailing? Feel like sleeping in? That’s just fine.
  3. Coming on a trip with us and our guides will be a window into the authentic Patagonia. You’ll be with us, with our friends, and you will make friends of your own here. While we are professionals, if you chose to do so, we are happy to invite you inside our homes.
  4. The only product we sell is Patagonia. We don’t run trips elsewhere in the world.
  5. Budget is flexible. What we look for is quality. Sometimes that means the most expensive hotel, but other times it means a deliciously cozy, family-run inn.
  6. Wide-breadth of knowledge. From Jujuy in the North to Cape Horn in the south, we’ve traveled up and down Argentina numerous times. That means we can help you with an extension just about anywhere you want to go.
  7. Nature and adventure are our passions. Patagonia is our idea of paradise, and fortunately, it’s also our home.

Environmental commitment

What makes Patagonia so special are the endless horizons of untouched wilderness. Here, you can drink the water from the streams and live in harmony with the natural world. This is at the heart of our love affair with Patagonia, and protecting the wilderness is essential for so many reasons.

We keep high environmental standards and follow the leave no trace philosophy.

Certification

We are one of the only operations in Patagonia that can guarantee your guide will be fully certified and legal to operate in each national park you visit. We take great pride in our constant training, up-grading and certifications.

We are qualified to work as both traditional sightseeing guides and mountain guides, as well as whitewater guides and fly-fishing guides. Our guides blend natural history and culture with adventure and exploration. It’s a rare combination that will make your trip much safer and more enjoyable.
